Publish only newly created or altered shifts. Only employees whose shifts have changed will be notified.

You can publish shifts for just one role or all of them at once.
You can choose to send staff their shifts via email.

Time off entries

You can assign time off entries to individuals, groups, or all staff at once via the 'Time off' tab. You will then see the time off entry reflected on your schedule grid.

You may edit or delete time off entries via this same tab, or by clicking on the time off block on the schedule grid itself.

Double-click to edit

Double click on a shift or comment on the grid to edit it, and hit enter to save. It couldn't be easier.

Right click on the grid to access shortcuts to all of the most common actions, including adding shifts, comments and time-off entries, as well as clipboard actions.

Send & Print

Enable Time Clock Time Clock allows tracking attendance with a simple clock-in & clock-out timer, comparing staff working hours, break times and viewing timesheets for each employee.
Enable Automatic Clock Out Automatically clock out at the end of the shift if a user fails to clock out 15 minutes after the end of their shift.
Email clock out reminders Send reminder email to staff to clock out when still clocked in 15 minutes after the end of their shift.
When creating a new shift:
Created shifts will be posted based on the default publishing option.
Schedule Start Day:
The schedule grid week view will start by the selected day.
Show dates using the selected format.
Time Format:
Staff Name Format:
Show staff names in the staff week view using selected format.
