You can type:
You can assign time off entries to individuals, groups, or all staff at once via the 'Time off' tab. You will then see the time off entry reflected on your schedule grid.
You may edit or delete time off entries via this same tab, or by clicking on the time off block on the schedule grid itself.
Double click on a shift or comment on the grid to edit it, and hit enter to save. It couldn't be easier.
Right click on the grid to access shortcuts to all of the most common actions, including adding shifts, comments and time-off entries, as well as clipboard actions.
