Staff Performance is a general summary of recorded work data related to shifts, work hours, attendance, break, and miscellaneous details.
This can be accessed in the Staff Members page from the left navigation pane. NOTES:
- This can only be accessed by Admin/Manager user types.
- To access this features, Staff Performance must be enabled in Business Settings.
- Enabled staff performance categories can be customized in Business Settings.
- If feature is enabled, Staff Performance Report is also available.
- Performance data only considers past data for a more accurate report, so any data on current and future dates are excluded.
Available Performance Data
These are the list of performance staff data:
Shift Summary
- Summary for past scheduled shifts (does not consider any unpublished shifts) within the selected Date Period - Total Scheduled
- Count of scheduled shifts within the time period - Completed
- Count of completed shifts (worked the entire shift based on timesheet records) - Incomplete
- Count of incomplete shifts (worked part of the scheduled shift based on timesheet records) - Missed
- Count of missed shifts (no timesheet record for scheduled shift)
Work Hours Summary
- Summary for past recorded actual work hours (excluding breaks) in scheduled shifts and timesheet records within the selected Date Period - Scheduled Hours
- Total hours scheduled excluding breaks - Worked Hours
- Total actual work hours from timesheet records - Overtime
- Total excess work hours from timesheet records against the scheduled work hours - Missed
- Total unworked scheduled hours based on timesheet record against the scheduled work hours
Attendance Summary
- Summary for past recorded Clock In against actual Shift Start (with 15 minutes allowance) within the selected Date Period - On-Time Rate
- Count of times clock in based on timsheet record is on time with scheduled shift start (with 15 minutes grace period) - Late Clock-In
- Count of times clock in based on timsheet record is later than 15 minutes of shift start
Break Hours Summary
- Summary for past recorded break hours in scheduled shifts and timesheet records within the selected Date Period - Scheduled Breaks
- Total scheduled break hours (from scheduled shifts) - Breaks Taken
- Total actual break hours taken based on timesheet records - Excess Break
- Total excess break hours taken based on timesheet records against the scheduled break hours - Missed Breaks
- Total scheduled break hours not taken based on timesheet record against the scheduled break hours
Miscellaneous
- Summary for other additional past data within the selected Date Period - Shift Roles Worked
- All scheduled shift roles worked (This is based on the roles for the Shifts, and not the assigned roles) - Total Days of Leave
- Total days of leave taken excluding denied leaves
Viewing an Individual Staff Performance Data
NOTE: This requires that there is at least 1 staff in current business. - Open Staff Profile by doing any of the following:
- Go to Staff Members and click Edit Staff Member button of any staff.
- Or go to Staff Members, click dropdown button button of any staff, and click Open Staff Profile.
- Or go to Schedule View, switch to Week/Day view, then click a staff name in the Schedules Table.
- On the Staff Profile, click on Performance tab.
- To adjust visible performance period, select a date period in the pulldownlist beside the Performance Summary For text. Or optionally, Custom can be selected which will require manual entry of start/end dates, as well as clicking on the Apply button.
NOTE:
- Only past data for the selected date range will be shown. So data on current and future dates will be excluded.
Viewing All Staff Performance Data
NOTE: This requires that there is at least 1 staff in current business. - Go to Staff Members page from the left navigation pane.
- Click on Performance Tab.
- To adjust visible performance period, select a date period in the pulldownlist beside the Performance Summary For text. Or optionally, Custom can be selected which will require manual entry of start/end dates, as well as clicking on the Apply button.
