Account Settings are settings related to the account currently logged in.
This can be accessed in the Settings page from the left navigation pane, under the Account Settings tab. Available Account Settings
These are the list of adjustable Account Settings:
- Email
- Email address of account holder - First Name
- First Name of account holder - Last Name
- Last Name of account holder - Phone
- Phone Contact of account holder
These are the list of adjustable Account Setting only available for User type Admin:
- Under For All Business:
Allow staff members to be added to multiple business
- Check this to easily allow staff member to be added to multiple businesses during Staff Add/Edit.
Edit Account Settings
- Go to Settings page from the left navigation pane.
- Click the Account Settings tab.
- Adjust the Account Settings (Refer to Available Account Settings Section above)
- Click Save Account Settings button.
NOTE: Moving to another page without clicking the save button will not save the adjust settings.
Other Account Actions
Password Change - Go to Settings page from the left navigation pane.
- Click the Account Settings tab.
- For new accounts:
- Click the Set Password button.
- Input password under Password.
- Re-enter password under Confirm Password.
- Click Set Password to save.
For accounts with existing password: - Click the Change Password button.
- Enter existing password under Current Password.
- Enter the new password under Password.
- Re-enter the new password under Confirm Password.
- Click Change Password button to update password.
Delete Account NOTE: This refers to overall account deletion.
Requirements to Delete the Account
- Only the main account owner can delete the Account.
- Account must have no ongoing subscription
Note: Attempting to delete an account with Ongoing Subscription may also cancel the subscription. - Account must have a password.
Steps for Account Deletion
- Go to Settings page from the left navigation pane.
- Click the Account Settings tab.
- Click the Delete My Account text link.
NOTE: Set Password will be prompted if there is no Account Password yet. Repeat from Step 1 after setting a password. - On the Delete Your Account popup confirmation, click Delete Account to proceed.
- On the Confirm Password to delete account window, enter account password.
Then click Delete Account.
NOTE: This is a permanent account deletion.
