Easily schedule staff members on rotational shift work.
This is available in the Roster page from the left navigation pane. A rotating shift schedule is when staff work different shifts in different times rather than working the same shift each day.
Depending on the Business needs, rotating shifts may be scheduled on nights, morning, evening, weekdays, or weekends with possibly varying duration such as 4, or 8 or 6 or 10 hours.
Sample Application
A sample business involving logistics needs a guard on duty 24 hours a day for their warehouse.
Using rotational shift scheduling, a Roster Schedule can then be created like this:
Roster Schedule: Guard Rotation
Roster 1: Early Morning
Day 1: Shift from 12:00AM to 8:00AM
Roster 1: Regular Time
Day 1: Shift from 8:00AM to 4:00PM
Roster 1: Evening
Day 1: Shift from 4:00PM to 12:00AM
